Pag-IBIG Fund offers Penalty Condonation to Delinquent Employers

Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund)’s Penalty Condonation program started on June 26, 2018 the and will last until June 26, 2019. Pag-IBIG Fund offered the Penalty Condonation for those unregistered and delinquent employers who were previously disqualified from availing of the program, giving them this one-time chance to settle their obligations, and comply with the mandate of Republic Act No. 9679 or the Pag-IBIG Fund Law of 2009.

Employers opting for plan of payment and who will fully settle their unremitted contributions, will have a 70% discount on the Total Assessed Penalties (TAP).

Employers must file for the Penalty Condonation Application and have all the required documents be submitted to a Pag-IBIG Fund branch that covers the employer and have it approved.

The following are the requirements:
1. Penalty Condonation Application Form
2. HQP-PF-318 (For Employers who deducted MS but failed to Remit)
3. Membership Savings Remittance Form (MSRF, HQP-PFF-053)
4. Payroll for the applicable period / SSS R-3
5. Other required supporting documents

Failure to avail the PenCon will have penalties and will be prosecuted and held criminally liable in accordance with the penal provisions of the Pag-IBIG Fund Law of 2009.
